Emily Gildner is a learning design and credentialing professional with more than a decade of experience building rigorous, human-centered educational programs for global healthcare audiences. As Education and Training Program Manager at Inteleos, her work spans the full learning ecosystem: from curriculum architecture and assessment design to LMS strategy, data analytics, and cross-cultural stakeholder collaboration. She brings a systems-thinking approach to every project, translating complex clinical content into accessible, standards-aligned learning experiences for physicians and practitioners worldwide.
She has been working on the Global CHIVA Program to build scalable, clinically rigorous, education, training and assessment programs that enhance professional learning outcomes.
Emily holds a Master of Education and draws on frameworks in adult learning, instructional design, and continuous improvement to ensure that every program she builds is grounded in evidence and built to last. Most recently, she completed a Generative AI for Learning Design Specialization at University of Michigan and obtained a Certificate of Teaching the AI Fluency Framework by Anthropic.
