A highly respected vascular surgeon and leader in venous disease, he previously served as Director of Vascular Surgery at three major Grade A tertiary hospitals. Driven by a commitment to innovation and excellence in phlebology, Dr. Zhang went on to establish one of China’s first physician group practice models and continues to advance the standards of venous care globally.

Bei Ma is a visionary and collaborative leader driven by a passion for advancing global health and medical innovation. A seasoned global health and life sciences executive with over two decades of experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, digital health, and medical devices, she is the Founder and CEO of The Pinea Group. In this role, she leads the development of patient-centric, innovative solutions that advance healthcare worldwide, with a focus on global strategy, public-private-academia partnerships, international standards development and harmonization, strategic alliances, new business development, and global market access.

Yibing Gang is a senior professional in international healthcare cooperation and health policy, bringing extensive experience in global health collaboration and institutional development. She previously served as Head of International Cooperation at the China Hospital Association, where she played a key role in advancing multilateral healthcare initiatives.

As one of the key members of the Global CHIVA Program team, Linda Wang also participates in the group\\\’s global branding and communication initiatives for the project. In her capacity as the Coordinator for Academic and Partnership Affairs, she works to bridge clinical excellence with global academic networks, facilitating coordination between international experts and the group’s strategic objectives. She plays a vital role in managing professional partnerships and supporting the group’s international expansion efforts.

Dr. Xin Du has received systematic training in venous hemodynamics and conservative treatment strategies. She is a member of the International Expert Group of the Global CHIVA Training and Certification Program and has served as a visiting scholar at the Venous Disease Center in Cremona, Italy, gaining hands-on experience in the clinical application of CHIVA under an established European framework.

Dr. Lei Su is the attending doctor at Dr. Smile Vein Center Beijing and the medical director of Dr. Smile Vein Center Jinan. He specializes in the CHIVA technique for the diagnosis and treatment of lower-limb varicose veins. Dr. Su is a member of the Global CHIVA Training and Certification Program and has served as a visiting scholar at the Venous Disease Center of Nishinokyo Hospital in Japan.

Dr. Jianping Deng is the attending doctor and medical director of Dr. Smile Vein Center Shenzhen. He specializes in the CHIVA technique for the diagnosis and treatment of lower-limb varicose veins. Dr. Deng also serves as a consulting physician at the Zhang Qiang Medical Group African Venous Disease Center.

Dr. Xuan Su is the attending doctor of Dr. Smile Vein Center Shanghai. She specializes in the CHIVA technique for the diagnosis and treatment of lower-limb varicose veins. Dr. Su is a member of the Global CHIVA Training and Certification Program and serves as a committee member of the 2023 International Venous Forum.

Michael Wang focuses on academic content dissemination and social media engagement for the Global CHIVA Chinese-language platform, working to translate complex medical knowledge into clear and accessible content that supports the understanding and promotion of CHIVA principles among Chinese-speaking audiences.
